Description of Vertical Machining Center

CNC turning and milling center has all of the functions that normal CNC vertical lathe has. It can finish all of the process except the bottom including turning, milling, boring, drilling, countersinking and tapping. If being equipped with double pendulum Head, this vertical machining center can process more complicated surfaces like vanes. This machining center has x, z, c three -axis CNC axes which can achieve three axis machining.

1. The main basis parts and main transmission parts of the lathe adopt thermal symmetrical structure which has high thermal stability.
2. The main table spindle adopts high precise roll bearings with double cylinders to center and large ball thrust bearing to bear axial. The working table has precise indexing and milling feed function.
3. Ram uses high-precise ball screw driver, and the machine is equipped with ATC complex automatic milling magazine.
4. The CNC turning and milling center adopts Siemens 840DSL system, Siemens servo driver and Siemens servo motor (other systems are optional).
5. All of the castings of vertical machining center are made of gray cast iron HT300 (ram is made of ductile iron) and processed by artificial heat- aging treatment. All of the electrical parts, bearings , key parts , hydraulic parts are from international brand-name product manufacturers
6. The vertical machining center adopts Renishaw automatic online detection function for work pieces, which has high intelligence.
7. External protection and automatic chip conveyer are optional.
8. Up to three irrigation attachment library, 90 -degree angle milling head as standard, optional extended milling and other accessories.
