Description of Vertical Lathe Turning Center
The main feature of the China vertical turning center is its vertical lathe spindle in vertical position. To guarantee the convenience of work piece setting and installation, the work table is in horizontal plane. With the support of guide way, the work table has strong rigidity and stable cutting process. it has two knife rests, so the machine can alter cutter quickly.
Features of Vertical Lathe Turning Center
1. Being developed and researched by our company independently, our China vertical turning center has the characters of multifunction, high precision and high efficiency.
2. Being equipped with three axes, our vertical lathe turning center can perform turning, milling, boring and grinding except bottom surface for one time clamping. Our machining center can process more complex work piece if being equipped with five axes and double pendulum head.
3. The main shaft of worktable adopts high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing for centering in radial direction. Besides that, the China vertical turning center adopts large ball thrust bearing for loading in axial direction. Its worktable has the functions of precision indexing, turning and milling feedings.
4. The positioning accuracy of vertical lathe turning center is 0.01mm with grating closed-loop feedback control function.
5. All of the castings are made of HT 300 gray cast iron (ram is made of ductile iron) and is treated with artificial heat aging, high-quality processing and improved assembly process. All of the electrical parts, bearings, key parts, and hydraulic parts of the China vertical turning center are from the international famous brand manufacturers.
6. All of the castings of vertical lathe turning center are treated by artificial thermal aging treatment.
