Description ofEconomic Type Vertical Lathe
Our vertical lathe adopts resin sand casting process and artificial heat processing, which make the vertical lathe more durable.
Features of Economic Type Vertical Lathe
1. This Small type CNC vertical lathe integrates suspended button station, electric cabinet and lathe together.
2. The crossbeam and T Ram (square ram is optional) is quenched and stuck with wearable band.
3. Standard configuration of economic type vertical lathe includes 16 grade mechanical transmission and five station tool carrier (square tool carrier is optional).
4. Siemens 808 system (other systems are optional)
5. Closed protection for crossbeam and auto lubrication for each lubricated parts.
6. Our economic type vertical lathe carries out JB/T9934.2-1999 CNC vertical lathe technical condition and JB/T9934.1-1999 CNC vertical lathe precision inspection.
7. Optional functions for the Small Type CNC Vertical Lathe : variable frequency stepless speed, electric tool holder and heightened bed, etc.
