Advantages of Single Column CNC Vertical Lathe

Working bench of vertical turning lathe uses short column bearings to centering. This bearing has the characters of high precision, adjustable radial direction and double gap rows. This bearing adopts gray iron and is processed by tempering, which can eliminate internal stress and deformation. The track surface of lathe, beam and ram adopts handle scraping, which has superior contact surface and high precision. Crossbeams with hydraulic pressure are locked firmly and can accept cutting in large quantity without trembling.

Features of Single Column CNC Vertical Lathe

1. The vertical turning lathe has suspended button station and integrated design for electric cabinet and lathe.
2. Crossbeam and I ram (square ram is optional) are quenched and sticking with wearable band.
3. It has standard configuration: 16 grade mechanical transmission and 5 station tool carrier (square tool carrier is optional).
4. The vertical turning lathe adopts Siemens 808 system (other brand is optional)
5. Closed protection for crossbeam and auto lubrication for each lubricated parts.
