Description of China Machining Center with Double Column
Our double column machining center can perform turning, milling, boring, drilling and grinding to all of the surfaces except bottom surface with three axes for one clamping time. If being equipped with five axes and double pendulum head, this machine can process more complex work piece.
Features of Double Column Machining Center
1. Being developed and researched by our company, this machine is a new compound machine tool with multifunction, high precision and high efficiency.
2. Our China machining center with double column has high stability because its main basic components and main transmission adopt thermal symmetric constructions.
3. The double column machining center is drove by servo motor and adopts high precision lead screw.
4. The worktable has precision indexing and milling feeding function.
5. C axis positioning accuracy of China machining center with double column is up to ±6”.
6. Its positioning accuracy is 0.01mm with grating closed-loop feedback control function.
7. The machine is equipped with ATC auto magazine, six turning tools and 24 milling tools.
8. Its control system adopts Siemens 840 DSL system or Fanuc system. (other systems are available)
9. All of the castings of double column machining center are treated by artificial thermal aging treatment.
10. All of the electric components, bearings, key parts and hydraulic parts of China machining center with double column are from international famous brand manufacturers.
