Description of Double Column CNC Lathe Machine

This series of China standard CNC lathe with double column often adopts hard alloy and ceramic cutting tool. It is mainly used to fine and rough process outer cylinder inside and outside, the cone surface, face, groove, boring and rotary surface made by black metals and some non-metallic parts. The right tool holder is CNC tool post and the left one is conventional type.

Features of Double Column CNC Lathe Machine

1. With the adoption of modularization design, the products are mature and reliable.
2. Siemens 828DSL CNC system (Fanuc OI-TD system is optional).
3. It has 100% manual operating function, which is convenient and practical.
4. Four gears mechanical transmission + large power DC motor stepless.
5. To realize constant linear speed turning, the speed of China standard CNC lathe with double column is regulated with large torque.
6. High quality castings of double column CNC lathe machine are treated by thermal aging.
7. The crossbeam guide way which is treated by supersonic frequency quenching guide way is sliding and rolling compound type, and the surface of sliding is sticking with wearable band.
8. To realize heavy work piece cutting, the vertical post is equipped with square ram.
9. Crossbeam guide way, ram guide way and columns guide way are equipped with auto lubrication pump to supply oil automatically.
10. THK high-precision lead screw and imported bearings.
11. The worktable of double column CNC lathe machine uses static pressure guide way and cross flow oil supplied by synchronous shunt motor and the motor has 16-20 ton loading capacity.
12. The guide way of China standard CNC lathe with double column is divided into static pressure and the pure hydrostatic dynamic & static pressure. The latter has the capacity of 10 ton. The pure static pressure uses cross-flow oil with capacity of 16-20ton.
13. The independent electric cabinet is equipped with air conditioning for refrigerating.
14. The independent hydraulic station is easy to adjust, repair and maintain.
15. High-precision gear box (grade 6) and spiral bevel gear (grade 6) of double column CNC lathe machine has low noise and high accuracy rotation function.
16. It carries out JB/T9934.1-1999 CNC vertical lathe technical condition.
17. The following spare parts of China standard CNC lathe with double column are optional: constant hydrostatic guide way, grating closed-loop, heightening lathe and lengthened ram.
