CK5225E CNC Vertical Lathe
Description:
The China CNC vertical lathe with double column is mainly used in the fine and rough process outer cylinder from the inside and outside, the cone surface, face, groove, boring and rotary surface made by black metals and some non-metallic parts. The right tool holder is CNC tool post and the left one is conventional type.
This series standard type vertical lathe can mill, bore, drill and tap according to user requirements. It also can finish the drilling, tapping, boring, milling plane and cylindrical plane and other processes on the end surface of the part.

8. The independent hydraulic station of standard type vertical lathe is easy to adjust, repair and maintain.
9. The guide of the China CNC vertical lathe with double column can be divided into static pressure and purely static pressure. The bearing of dynamic and static pressure is 10 tons, and the purely static pressure adopts constant current for oil supply with 16-20 tons of bearing.
10. High-precision gear box (grade 6) and spiral bevel gear (grade 6) has low noise and high accuracy rotation function.
