CK5231E CNC Vertical Lathe

Features:

1. This series of standard double column vertical lathe adopts modular design. Its right tool holder is CNC tool post and the left is conventional tool post.

5. The beam guide is handled by supersonic frequency induction hardening and it adopts rolling-sliding compound type. The vertical tool holder utilizes square type ram (QT600-3), which can realize heavy cutting. The sliding surface uses sticking plastic treatment with durable performance.
6. High quality castings by thermal aging treatment.
7. To realize heavy work piece cutting, the vertical tool post of standard double column vertical lathe is equipped with square ram.
8. The crossbeam guide way, ram guide way and columns guide way are equipped with auto lubrication pump.
9. The worktable of CNC lathe machine uses static pressure guide way. The cross flow oil is supplied by synchronous shunt motor with loading capacity 16-20 ton.
10. The independent electric cabinet of standard double column vertical lathe is equipped with air conditioning for refrigerating.
11. The high-precision gear box (grade 6) and spiral bevel gear (grade 6) have low noise and high accuracy rotation function.
12. It carries out JB/T9934.1-1999 CNC vertical lathe technical condition.
13. The CNC lathe machine is equipped with constant hydrostatic guide way, grating closed-loop, heightening lathe and lengthened ram.
