Double Column CNC Turning and Milling Compound Center

Description of Double Column CNC Machining Center

CXK series CNC vertical turning and milling centers are developed and researched by our company independently. It is a kind of high efficient and high intelligent processing machinery which combines machine, electricity and hydraulic together. This turning and milling compound center can drill, broaching, boring, grooving, cutting and plane milling in a single set up except the bottom surface.

Features of Double Column CNC Machining Center

1. The W axis adopts grating closed-loop feedback function and is drove by servo motor.
2. This turning and milling compound center uses double magazine design, the upper is six turning tools, and the lower is 24 milling tools. The turning tools adopt hydraulic tank and chain ring positioning which has strong rigidity.
3. Milling shaft torque reaches up to 2300N.m and it adapts to reload turning, large-diameter aperture and key hole and tapping.
4. Milling spindle of double column CNC machining center adopts second gear mechanical transmission of ZF gearbox from German.
5. X.Z axis of turning and milling compound center adopts grating closed loop with 0.01mm positioning accuracy and X -axis adopts hydrostatic guide way.
6. This double column CNC machining center adopts Renishaw automatic online detection for work pieces and it has high intelligence.
7. Exterior protection and automatic chip conveyor are optional.
8. This machine can storage up to three accessories and 90 degree angle milling head is standard configuration. Extended milling and other accessories are optional.
9. C axis positioning accuracy of turning and milling compound center is up to +/-6".
10. Our system of double column CNC machining center adopts Siemens 840DSL or Fanuc 3li system.
11. Our products have been exported to Qatar and Finland.
