CXK160 CNC Vertical Lathe

Being developed and researched by our company independently, our China Vertical turning center has the characters of multi function, high precision and high efficiency. Compared with traditional CNC vertical lathe, our CNC single column compound center has more functions like turning, milling, drilling, boring and grinding for one time clamping. It is widely used in military project, aerospace, shipbuilding, etc.
Features of CNC Single Column Compound Center
1. The main components and main transmission of China vertical turning center adopts thermal symmetrical structure which has high thermal stability.
2. High precision double row cylindrical roller is used for main shaft of worktable. Our worktable has the functions of precision indexing, turning and milling feedings.
3. The beam has hierarchical positioning function.
4. The ram of CNC single column compound center of China vertical turning center adopts high-precision ball screw transmission and the machine is setup ATC with 12-20 tool station.
5. It adopts Siemens 840DSL system (other systems are optional). Besides that, its servo motor and servo driver all adopt Siemens brand.
6. All of the castings of China vertical turning center are made of HT300 gray cast iron (the ram is made of ductile iron) which is treated with artificial heat aging, high-quality processing and improved assembly process. All of the electrical parts, bearings, key parts and hydraulic parts of CNC single column compound center were picked from the international famous brand manufacturers.
