Description:

This China vertical lathe machine has big power, high rigidity and excellent precision. It is suitable for fine and rough processing for casting irons, steels and ferrous metals. With the adoption of advanced vertical production technology, our machine integrates machine, electricity and hydraulic together, which shows the high precise cutting and high speed cutting. The maximum cutting speed reached to 2000m/min, and the movement of turret (vertical and horizontal) reaches to 12m/min.
The main ram rails adopt rolling composite rails. The ram of China vertical lathe machine is equipped with four- electric knife sets and the worktable chooses sliding rail ways to be their guide way. The gear box adopts imported ZF gear box, and the lathe has six degree accuracy. The Vertical Lathe Machine can be used to realizing rough, semi-finishing and finishing process for the ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and part of the non-metallic parts for internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface sectional surface, grooving and threading.

Features:

1. The worktable of China vertical lathe machine is thermal symmetrical structure and has high rotation precision. It has large bearing capacity and small thermal deformation. Besides that, it is equipped with oil cooling device.
2. The main transmission is driven by AC spindle servo motor. The high speed rotation work pieces carries on static and dynamic balance and adopts high precision transmission gear with grinding process. It has the characters of low noise and smooth running under high speed rotation.
3. The feeding system of China vertical lathe machine is driven by servo motor with gapless transmission and grating closed-loop control which has high precision operation.
4. The columns are thermal symmetric construction with the help of FEM computation. The effective vibration isolation measures have high rigidity and high anti-vibration capability.
5. The CNC system of vertical lathe machine is Siemens or Fanuc. Other systems are optional.
6. The machine tool of China vertical lathe machine is equipped with chip conveyor device, semi-closed protection cover and water cooling.
