Description:

With the adoption of independent hydraulic station and modular design, our double column CNC vertical lathe is suitable for the rough and fine processing of external and internal cylindrical surface, internal and external conical surface, end surface and groove for ferrous metals, nonferrous metals and some non-metal parts. The cutter materials of double column lathe machine should be carbide or ceramics. Its right tool holder is NC cutter and the left tool holder is normal cutter.

Features of Double Column CNC Vertical Lathe

1. Its control system is Siemens 828DSL system. (Fanuc 0i-TD system is optional )
2. 4 gear mechanical variable speed+ DC motor stepless speed regulating (AC frequency is optional) with large torque to realize constant linear speed turning.
3. High quality castings are treated by thermal aging treatment.
4. The cross beam guide way of double column lathe machine is processed by supersonic frequency quenching, guide way uses sliding and rolling compound type, the surface of sliding is with plastic belt durable and lasting.
5. Nanjing process or THK high-precision lead screw and imported bearing support.
6. The worktable of double column CNC vertical lathe adopts static pressure guide way and cross flow oil is supplied by synchronous shunt motor with carrying capacity 16-20 ton.
7. High precise variable speed gear (6 grade) and high precise grinding spiral level gears (6 grades) of double column lathe machine have low noise and smooth running.
