Description

Single column CNC vertical lathe not only has common turning function but also can cut with constant linear velocity and threading. This single column CNC vertical lathe is mainly used for machining large and heavy-duty workpiece, such as coarse and fine machining processing of the inner and outer cylinder, end face, inner and outer conical surface, cylinder, cone hole, grooving, drilling, reaming, reaming on different kinds of disc, wheel and set workpiece etc.

Features of Vertical Lathe

1. Main drive can choose Grade 16 machinery variable speed, which will improve the maximum torque output and reduce the stress of the main transmission gear. Vertical lathe can adapt to the overloaded power cutting. Vertical tool rest optional five-angle tool or party knife sets.
2. Crossbeam and T Ram (optional square ram) are quenched and sticking with wearable band.
3. Standard configuration 16grade mechanical transmission, five station tool carrier or square tool carrier

The electrics components of the vertical lathe adopt with ultra-high quality components, CNC equipment using Siemens 808, the system can be equipped with other systems according to the needs of user, high-precision gear, grinding gear are featured with low noise and stable operation when high speed rotation.
