Description of Double Column Vertical Lathe Machining Center
CNC compound center is researched and developed by our company independently. It has the characters of multi function, high precise and high efficient processing. It can finish all of the working processing including turning, milling, locking, drilling and grinding for one clamping time except the bottom surface.
Features of CNC Compound Center
1. This center of double column vertical lathe machining center has three axes and can be added to five axes for processing more complex work piece with equipment of double pendulum head.
2. With the adoption of thermal symmetric construction, the main basic components and main transmission have high stability.
3. The worktable has the functions of precision indexing and milling feeding.
4. C axis positioning accuracy of CNC compound center is up to ±6”
5. Its positioning accuracy of double column vertical lathe machining center is 0.01mm because of the grating closed-loop feedback control function.
6. The machine tool is equipped with ATC auto magazine, six turning tools and 24 milling tools.
7. Its control system is Siemens 840 DSL system. (Other systems are available)
8. All of the castings of CNC compound center are treated by artificial thermal aging treatment.
9. All of the electric components, bearings, key parts, and hydraulic parts of double column vertical lathe machining center are from international famous brand manufacturers.
