Description:
The numerical control vertical lathe is mainly used for High-speed steel, carbide cutting tools and ceramic tools. The lathe machine with numerical control can fine and rough the process for internal and external cylindrical surface, internal and external conical surface, circular surface and complex surfaces made of ferrous metals, nonferrous metals and some non-metallic parts. This lathe is ideal equipment for processing spare parts including motor frame, valve, pump, and car and tractor brake hub.
Features:
1. Motion guide ways all adopt hydrostatic guide ways.
2. The ram of numerical control vertical lathe has high precision and high rigidity. With the adoption of advanced bending beam and reversing plate technology, the railway adopts guide ways on other side.
3. The vertical column of lathe machine with numerical control adopts high and low columns, which have high anti-vibration performance and high precision.
4. Static oil chamber of worktable, temperature and heat deformation were designed by advanced software, which can measure its thickness by several points, inspect the film condition, reveal its thickness and adjust its number.
5. The gear box of numerical control vertical lathe is designed by a special way. It has the characters of high speed, large power, high precision and low voice.
6. The ram and knife rest use hydraulic to balance, which improve its feeding precision.
7. The hydraulic station uses multi-station to supply oil, which can improve its longevity.

10. The crossbeam guide way which is treated by supersonic frequency quenching guide way is sliding and rolling compound type. The surface of sliding is sticking with wearable band, which is durable and lasting.
11. The crossbeam guide way, ram guide way and column guide way are equipped with auto lubrication pump.
12. The worktable of numerical control vertical lathe uses static pressure guide way and the cross flow oil is supplied by synchronous shunt motor whose loading capacity is 16-20 ton.
13. The guide way of lathe machine with numerical control is divided into static pressure and the pure hydrostatic dynamic and static pressure with the capacity of 10 ton. The pure static pressure uses cross-flow oil with capacity of 16-20 ton.
14. High-precision gear box (grade 6) and spiral bevel gear (grade 6) have low noise and high accuracy rotation function.
15. The numerical control vertical lathe carries out JB/T9934.1-1999 CNC vertical lathe technical condition.
16. Constant hydrostatic guide way, grating closed-loop, heightening lathe and lengthened ram.
