Description of Double Column Compound Center
With the characters of advanced technology, high efficient production and precise processing work lathe, our turning and milling machining center is widely used for military, aerospace, ship building, nuclear electricity and railways. With the adoption of thermal symmetry structure, the main components and main transmission of double column compound center have high thermal stability.
Features of Turning and Milling Machining Center
1. Ball screw transmission, drive by servo motor, grating closed-loop feedback
2. This CXK series have three axes which can perform turning, milling, boring, drilling and grinding for one clamping time except the bottom surface. It can process more complex work piece if being equipped with double pendulum head and five axes.
3. Using double magazine design, the upper layer has six turning cutters and the lower layer has 24 milling cutters. The turning cutter of turning and milling machining center has strong rigidity with the adoption of hydraulic cutter and gear plate positioning.
4. The milling shaft torque of double column compound center is 2300N.m. it is suitable for reload turning, large-diameter aperture and tapping.
5. The X and Z axes of turning and milling machining center adopt grating closed loop with 0.01 mm positioning precision. The X -axis adopts hydrostatic guide way.
6. All of the castings of double column compound center are treated by artificial thermal aging treatment.
7. All of the electric components, bearings, key parts, and hydraulic parts of turning and milling machining center are from international famous brand manufacturers.
