Description of Double Column Vertical Lathe Machine

This vertical lathe is designed and built to process modern machining like high speed cutting tools and carbide cutters made of ferrous, non-ferrous and other materials. To realize the functions of large torque with thread cutting and constant linear turning, our worktable daopts 2 or 4 gear mechanical+ AC variable frequency or DC stepless speed regulating.

1. This machine tool is mainly used for processing discoid components, like machine cylindrical surface, conical surface, circular surface and combination complicated surfaces, etc.
2. With the help of independent R&D production, modular design, fixed beam structure, our machine has high rigidity and precision, stable running and high cost performance, etc.
3. The lubrication pump can lubricate the guide way of crossbeam and ram automatically. The guide way of work table is divided into static pressure guide and dynamic pressure guide
4. Siemens 828D system (optional Fanuc OI-TD) with 100% manual operation.
5. Being equipped with air conditioning, the independent electric cabinet of double column vertical lathe machine can cool itself down automatically. To ensure its high reliability, our machine has high quality electric parts and perfect distribution process.
6. To ensure its low noise and high accurate rotation, our machine adopts high-precision gear box (grade 6) and spiral bevel gear (grade 6).
7. THK Japan, high-precision ball screw and imported bearing support.
8. High quality castings of double column vertical lathe machine are treated by artificial thermal aging treatment. Crossbeam guide adopts supersonic frequency process, which guarantees its long life and durable performance.
9. The following function is optional: grating closed-loop imported bearing, length ram and cooling oil, etc.
