Description of Compound Center for Milling and Turning
Compared with traditional double column machining center, our compound center can finish many kinds of processing, improve the processing precision and shorten the processing time if being equipped with adequate spare parts. With the adoption of heat symmetry structure, the main components and basic components has high heat stability. Ram adopts high precision ball screw transmission; the machine is equipped with ATC auto turning and milling tool magazine, tool station 12-20 optional.
Features of Double Column Machining Center
1. With the adoption of thermal symmetrical structure, the main components and main transmission has high thermal stability.
2. The worktable of compound center for milling and turning has high precision indexing and milling feeding.
3. The milling shaft torque of double column machining center is 800N.m, and it is adaptable to large-diameter aperture, reload turning of the key hole and tapping.
4. The milling spindle adopts ZF gearbox in second gear mechanical transmission for Germany.
5. The X and Z axes adopt grating closed-loop feedback control with 0.01mm positioning accuracy. X axis adopts hydrostatic guide way.
6. The three axes compound center for milling and turning can perform turning, milling, boring, drilling and grinding to all of the surfaces except surface for one clamping time. If being equipped with double pendulum head and five axes, the machining center can process more complex work piece.
7. This double column machining center adopts Siemens 840DSL system (other systems are optional). Besides that, the servo motor and servo driver both use Siemens products.
8. All of the castings of compound center for milling and turning are made of HT300 gray cast iron (ram is made of ductile iron) and are treated by artificial heat aging, high-quality processing and improved assembly process. All of the electrical parts, bearings, key parts and hydraulic parts were picked from the international famous brand manufacturers.
