Together with electromagnetic valves, the electric encoder is integrated with the gear box. Gears are made of 40 Cr steel, and precision ground ensure its high precision and low machine noise.

1. This machine tool of double column CNC vertical lathe is mainly used for processing discoid spare parts, like machine cylindrical surface, conical surface, circular surface and combination complicated surfaces, etc.

3. Worktable uses 2 or 4 gear mechanical + AC variable frequency or DC stepless speed regulating to realize large torque as well as thread cutting and constant linear turning function.
4. The guide way of crossbeam and ram of fixed beam vertical lathe machine are lubricated by lubricating pump automatically. The guide way of work table is divided into static and dynamic pressure guide.
5. Siemens 828D system (Fanuc OI-TD is optional) with 100% manual operation.
6. Our double column CNC vertical lathe has reliable performance because of its independent electric cabinet with air conditioning for refrigerating, high quality electric parts and perfect distribution process.
7. The high-precision gear box (grade 6) and spiral bevel gear (grade 6) guarantee its low noise and high accurate rotation.

9. High quality castings of fixed beam vertical lathe machine are treated by artificial thermal aging treatment. Crossbeam guide adopts supersonic frequency process, which guarantees its long life and durable performance.
10. The following function of double column CNC vertical lathe is optional: grating closed-loop imported bearing, length ram and cooling oil, etc.
