CXK125 CNC Vertical Lathe
Description
As a new type of China single column compound center, our CNC compound center has the characters of multi function, high precision and efficiency. Its functions include turning, milling, drilling, boring, grinding, etc.
Features of CNC Compound Center
1. It has X Y Z three axes, and it can be added up to five linkage axis.
2. The thermal symmetric construction with high stability is used for the main basic components and the main transmission.
3. With the adoption of hydrostatic guide way bearing, the worktable has precision indexing and milling feeding function.
4. The crossbeam of CNC compound center can grade positioning.
5. Ram of China single column compound center uses high precision ball screw transmission and the machine is equipped with ATC auto turning. The milling tool magazine has 12 to 20 tool station for option.
6. All of the castings of China single column compound center are treated by artificial thermal aging treatment.
7. The machining center of CNC compound center adopts Siemens 840DSL system. (other systems are optional according to your needs)
8. All of the electric components, bearings, key parts and hydraulic parts are from international famous brand manufacturers.
