3. To realize constant linear speed turning, our company adopts 2 gear mechanical transmission + DC motor stepless speed regulating with large torque.
4. High quality castings of vertical turning lathe with double column are treated by thermal aging treatment.
5. Guide on the crossbeam of China double column lathe machine is sticking with chromium-tungsten manganese plate.
6. Left tool holder is conventional and the right is CNC and both can be CNC tool carriers.
7. The guide way of worktable uses constant current oil supplied by constant motor hydraulic oil. The refrigerator constant coolant effectively reduces the variant of worktable and ensures precision machining of worktable.
8. The auto lubrication pump of vertical turning lathe with double column can lubricate sliding lubrication parts automatically.
9. High precision screw lead and imported bearing support.
