Description of Turning and Milling Machining Center
This series of CNC machining center adopts several advanced designs like advanced computer 3D design, modular design and finite element analysis. It is equipped with advanced machine tool equipment and detection device, which fully consider the processing demand of heavy cutting, high efficiency and high precision.
Being equipped with automatic measurement and machine tool setting device, our CNC machining center can finish processes of turning, milling, boring, drilling and grinding which can improve processing quality and lower product cost.
This series of turning and milling machining center is mainly used for the large rotary spare parts processing like wheels, Motor shell, pump, and valve as well as the large rotary spare parts processing with high precision like paper making, ship building, wind power, nuclear power and military.
Features of CNC Machining Center
1. As self-developed products, our turning and milling machining center has the characters of multifunction, high precision and high efficiency.
2. CXK400 have 3 axes which can perform turning, milling, boring, drilling, and grinding except bottom surface after clamping one time. It can be added up to 5 axes which can process more complex work piece with equipment of double pendulum head.
3. Because of the thermal symmetric construction, our main basic components and the main transmission of CNC machining center have high stability.
4. The worktable of turning and milling machining center has precision indexing and milling feeding function.
5. C axis positioning accuracy is up to ±6”.
6. Its positioning accuracy is 0.01mm with the adoption of grating closed-loop feedback control.
7. The machine tool is equipped with ATC auto magazine, six turning tools and 24 milling tools.
8. Its control system of turning and milling machining center adopts Siemens 840 DSL system.
9. All of the castings of CNC machining center are treated by artificial thermal aging treatment.
10. All of the electric components, bearings, key parts, and hydraulic parts are from international famous brand manufacturers.
