Description of Vertical Lathe Machines

Based on the experience for design and manufacturing of small and large vertical lathes, our small CNC vertical turret lathe is a combination of modern mechanics, electrics and hydraulics. To meet modern machining requirements, this machine is equipped with high speed cutting tools, carbide cutters for rough & finish machining of work pieces of cast iron, alloy steel and other materials.

Features of Vertical Lathe Machines

1. This small CNC vertical turret lathe integrates suspended button, electric cabinet and lathe together.
2. Its crossbeam and T ram (square ram is optional) are quenched and stuck with wearable band.
3. Standard configuration of vertical lathe machines includes 16 grade mechanical transmission and five station tool carrier (square tool carrier is optional).
4. Siemens 808 system (other systems are optional)
5. Closed protection for crossbeam and auto lubrication for each lubricated parts.
6. Our vertical lathe machines carries out JB/T9934.2-1999 CNC vertical lathe technical condition and JB/T9934.1-1999 CNC vertical lathe precision inspection.
7. Optional functions for the small CNC vertical turret lathe: variable frequency step less speed, electric tool holder and heightened bed, etc.
