Quality control of Vertical Turning Lathe Machine

From raw materials to finished product purchases, each link of our products is in accordance with strict inspection and control of the ISO9001 quality management system standard.

1. Raw materials:

(1) we have strict evaluation for our raw material supplier.

(2) Raw materials must have certificates and material book. After testing, the raw materials are accepted.

(3)To guarantee its quality, we have “ten NOs” to manage our warehouses: no moisture, no rot, no stains, no mould, no corrosion, no change, no modification, no freezing, no damage, and no riddle by worms.

2. Production process of quality control: all of the castings are processed by supersonic quenching treatment. Besides that, all of the semi-finished products are signaled with figure number, production lot, and the operator and production equipment. For equipment process, the spare parts need to be tested again according to drawings.

3. The whole set machine need to be tested and went on trial operation with the help of inspection tools such as Flat feet and laser interferometer. The testing result of vertical turning lathe machine will be checked by related quality supervision department and accept irregular sampling test.

4. All of the products quality control is attached with detailed inspection report.
